To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋6個人，佢哋畀咗我哋一張面向衛生間嘅4人桌. 空調唔凍，所以我哋食嘢時出汗. 佢哋冇我哋想要嘅餸菜，所以佢哋只係喺冇話畀我哋嘅情況下將佢換成了另一道菜. 侍應好粗魯，服務都好差. 工作人員好粗魯，服務都好差. 每道菜價錢為200港元，但非常細. 千祈唔好嚟呢度！ 我哋浪費咗1800港幣，再也不會回到呢度了. 我從來冇去過香港最差嘅餐廳。 絕對係我去過嘅全世界最糟糕的餐廳. 如果你只有4人嘅大台，做乜嘢你接受6人嘅預訂？ 你只係想欺騙你嘅客戶.
