To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚上茶木好多人

幾乎無試過喺isquare茶木要等位，星期五晚上果然係唔同⋯⋯不過都只係等咗大概15至20分鐘就入坐了。餐牌又更新了，所以今次都決定試吓新菜式。點了新增的麻糬紅豆宇治抹茶、意式辣茄醬牛柳絲手作麵和舊有的酥炸雞扒麵。先來了麻糬紅豆宇治抹茶，一整杯是抹茶沙冰，杯底是紅豆，而沙冰面放有少許麻糬。甜度適中，很適合大熱天時享用。不過所謂的麻糬實在不似預期，只是小小的粉團粒，口感算彈牙，但似是曾雪過變硬的粉團般口感。原先以為會是較大粒似芋圓的麻糬，可惜⋯⋯是兩回事。但除此以外，杯沙冰都算好飲。接著上菜的是意式辣茄醬牛柳絲手作麵，說好的辣並不辣。味道反而較似俄羅斯牛柳飯嘅感覺，不過都好好食又惹味。最後是等咗好耐好耐，追過兩次單的酥炸雞扒麵。雖然等咗好耐，但個雞扒真係炸到金黃酥脆無得彈！而且份量仲蠻多的嘛！麵身又彈牙，湯頭濃郁，真係好滿足。
