To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五都唔會煮晚飯嶺南樓係我地其中一個飯堂。隻雞做緊特價半隻$35全隻$68,但蒸得過熟,而隻雞本身係冰鮮雞,味道認真麻麻,結果只食咗三件一上枱香氣四溢,洋蔥香醬汁惹味,夠晒鑊氣,可惜牛肉唔新鮮,廚藝再好都掩蓋唔到。依度嘅魚香茄子係最出色,肉碎同醬汁沁晒入茄子度,茄子軟得來又有咬口,上菜時熱辣辣,真係超下飯。星期五想食中菜又唔洗等位,以地區酒樓來講呢度係一個好選擇。
