最近極級忙碌, 看來生活節奏要改變一下, 才能養生, 而抽空與朋友聚聚就是好活動之一, 春意盎然, 相約朋友到Conrad Lobby Lounge吃下午茶, 咸點及甜點的設計也很吸睛! 而甜點是以我喜歡的生果士多啤梨為主.6款咸點、4款甜點及鬆餅的下午茶, 先吃那樣呢? 士多啤梨沙巴翁以特別的擺設登場, 我們就在她最好時機來品嚐, 新鮮士多啤梨、藍莓、紅莓沾沙巴翁吃, 特別好香甜~先說咸點, 顏色搭配好美, 賞心悅目. 這層的味道是輕盈清新的, 例如巴馬火腿墨汁包配蜜瓜, 而三文魚他他青瓜杯是清新與油潤的合體.紫花點綴的是蟹肉三文魚子薄餅, 輕盈、鮮甜, 喜歡以pancake而非多士做底, 與柔軟的蟹肉很襯.燴牛面肉泡芙, 外層酥脆, 牛面肉味濃; 賣相稍為遜色的是蘆荀蘑菇撻, 然而入口溫熱香滑, 撻皮仍是脆, 反而留下深刻印象.  另一款是烤吞拿魚配士多啤梨及薄荷莎莎醬.  重回甜點,  這件士多啤梨朱古力千層酥好可愛~  三層都是士多啤梨, 中間那層忌廉夠幼滑, 一口咬下, 酸酸甜甜, 口感豐富.士多啤梨蛋白脆餅, 原來是個小盒子, 打開發有士多啤梨醬及果蓉, 另一邊的蛋白餅則

以為撻內是吉士, 仔細地吃, 才發現羅勒士多啤梨餡餅內的像杏仁蓉, 但整體都不錯.

最後到大家也很喜歡的下午茶常規項目 - 鬆餅, 組織沒有鬆散, 密度剛好. 伯爵茶味鬆餅不沾醬淨吃也夠美味, 而原味鬆餅, 我分別塗了德文群clotted cream、自家製士多啤梨及藍莓果醬, 最後清碟.

餐茶每人一杯飲品, 連特飲也可選.  高身杯那款是cocktail – Strawcato, 以 Moscato、西柚汁、士多啤梨及蓉調製, 酸酸甜甜,  帶少少酒精, 很relax的感覺.  另一杯是mocktail - Taste of Spring, 沒有酒精, 以士多啤梨荔枝蓉、檸檬汁、士多啤梨、薄荷、雪碧調製, 很清爽~ 倚坐窗邊, 和煦陽光, 正好帶出 ‘春天的氣息’的感覺, 這個下午真寫意~
