由於我們影相影得太兇狠,未有即時吃下新鮮出爐的梳乎里,故動身時眼前的它出現些微下塌情況。幸好仍無損本身美味,這客疏乎里朱古力味非常濃郁,甜度恰到好處,質感輕盈中帶濕潤,簡簡單單的款式倒適合吃得八九成飽仍希望以甜品作終結的人們。

*這次親身體驗全新Flint的餐飲元素,由cocktail、小吃、酒類、頭盤、主菜、配菜以至甜品均感受到專業與專注的美好印象,只是部份菜式在細節上加以微調後更接近完美。

優質食物配上相宜價錢在同區星級酒店的確具相當強大競爭力,餐廳內時尚優雅卻不帶拘束的用餐環境與氣氛賦予筆者一份輕鬆安逸,多一家高水平食肆供選擇,身為消費者的我,當然欣喜吧。
