To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 😉晚市抵食煲仔飯(外賣$6抵押．退煲換現金券)

天氣轉涼，想吃些暖胃的食物，便選了煲仔飯。 由於外賣會外帶煲，所以要以$6抵押．到歸還時便可兑換$6現金券，於午市/晚市消費滿$40時用。外賣用的紙盒十分硬挺，手抽位也很好拿，不錯不錯。本來點了鮮魷肉餅煲仔飯($56)，不過到家時發現錯給了臘腸冬菇雞煲仔飯($54)。幸好沒有忌口，這個飯一樣香濃，餸料、飯焦也很足，所以我吃得很香。吃完後簡單清洗了一下後，就把煲放回外賣盒裏。第二天到收銀處歸還時，收銀姐姐以收據紙列印了現金券，過程簡單快捷。
