To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想食buffet 就隨心揀左呢一間 星期一晏晝打電話問 當晚都有位！海鮮有好多選擇 例如 麵包蟹 超大隻虎蝦 生蠔 青口 全部都fill得好快💯 生蠔大部分都好大隻 比較creamy 熱食都好多選擇 質素中上 我最驚喜佢有鵝肝 好大舊👍🏻好食👍🏻 中段出左熱熔芝士 要等好耐 周同埋拎到返黎好快又硬返曬 可以唔試.. 肉眼第一次拎好淋好好食 第二次拎就冇咁好食了羊架好食👍🏻刺身都好大方！全部都厚切仲有芝士龍蝦👍🏻明閣片皮鴨 麵包皮好鬆軟 但鴨就比較多肉 好少皮😟甜品有好多好多選擇 都有啲聖誕款 不過冇影到 肉桂焦糖燉蛋好重肉桂味 榴槤芝心撻都好香榴槤味 個人就麻麻地黑松露拿破崙 覺得唔太夾😬 macaroon，tiramisu同雪糕牛角包都好食😋😋仲有麵包布甸👍🏻另外仲有movenpick 雪糕同果茶/紅茶/咖啡任飲時間方便 晚市6:30食到9:45，時間充裕，座位闊落，服務員收碟速度快👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻經Openrice 2人同行仲有85折 折後每人大約$650，有咁多選擇同中上質素，滿意💓
