To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Book左夜晚7:30,一行5人來此食飯,雖然疫情反反覆覆,社交受限,大概是受了政府派錢5000蚊的刺激,晚上8點多,將軍澳這間‘海港酒家’依然人頭湧湧,餐台座無虛席!身為精明的消費者,我們考察menu,套餐?不貴,但不適合我們煙尖的為食者😅,決定每人撿一餸!於是,今晚餐單點如下:1)酸菜水煮龍躉件 HKD108.- 賣相沒有味道好!雖然不是人人喜歡芫茜,但我覺得這個餸里的芫茜,絕對起了提鮮的作用!龍躉件過油燜熟,再浸於酸菜湯裡騰入味,端上餐台時,冒著熱氣…連湯帶魚,我自己就食左2-3件,意外的滿意!推薦!🌟2)黑松露滑蛋蝦仁 HKD88.-還不錯,蝦仁新鮮又彈牙,滑蛋松嫩有質感,點點的黑松露負責幽幽的香氣,不錯👍3)花膠珍菌千層腐皮 HKD108.- 👍🌟味厚汁濃,非常推薦👇腐皮:像大塊的煎豆腐,但比豆腐硬,像被壓扁的油炸鬼,索入了餸汁,酥而韌!秀珍菇:除了本身的菇香,腐皮的油香,也讓這菌類的味道更加豐富!花膠:此餸的價值所在~數量不多,體積不大,精髓之物。 由於本人不好花膠,留給同台食客珍惜品嚐😂4)蜜汁欖角骨 HKD88.- 蜜汁的效果就是色澤油亮!感覺像一盤叉燒排骨,眾人皆說味

腐皮:像大塊的煎豆腐,但比豆腐硬,像被壓扁的油炸鬼,索入了餸汁,酥而韌!
秀珍菇:除了本身的菇香,腐皮的油香,也讓這菌類的味道更加豐富!
花膠:此餸的價值所在~數量不多,體積不大,精髓之物。 由於本人不好花膠,留給同台食客珍惜品嚐😂

5)避風塘炒麵 HKD128.-
menu上並無此項,但聽說有人曾在此食過此味,意猶未盡!於是,我們找來侍應問後廚是否能做?答曰:可以!要128銀。OK,落單!
未幾,送來如下一碟👇,試過:味道尚可,但沒有避風塘的炸蒜與乾辣椒的刺激,麵也不夠乾身,整體偏油,特別之處是麵頭撒了一些蟹黃粒用作提鮮~作為一碟炒麵,OK!避風塘?唔係!😂

因為食客多,侍應忙,服務還算效率高,能及時為茶客加水,也勤於跑腿回應問答,對得起@13蚊的茶位費和10%服務費。
