To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住了在東大街多年，八雲是我唯一一間在東大街吃過多次的小店本身就很喜歡他的日式裝修，非常有小店的味道。因為被朋友放飛機，為了填補我的心靈我再一次來到八雲時間尚早人不多，所以不用等位就可以入去一人光臨的我，坐的是吧檯附近一旁有無料烚蛋可以吃，喜歡吃蛋的我每次都吃兩只再吃其他東西烚蛋沒有什麼特別，但勝在我喜歡吃不用多久，我點的食物來了，金菇牛肉卷定食我很喜歡這兒的金菇牛肉卷，牛肉不會老吃起上來很多汁美味，基本上每次我都會叫這個吃前菜清清爽爽不錯口感，不過應該和味噌湯一樣也是現貨買回來，並不是自己整的整體來說八雲雖然不是特別出色，但卻勝在吃了那麼多次，水準依舊很穩定，是我的
