To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟咗長沙灣見客, 見完已經7點幾, 就喺元州街搵食, 經過見到 門外見餐牌都幾多選擇, 最後就入咗去食晚餐餐廳細細, 但座位都算闊落, 燈光亦非常光猛, 雖然返完一日工仲見完客好攰, 但入到去人都醒晨咗d😅一坐野食都未叫, 丫, 應該係餐牌都未拎嚟睇, 就嚟碗例湯例湯 - 木瓜豬骨湯 (應該是😂)平時茶餐廳例湯多數都好清無乜料, 呢度嘅例湯真材實料, 老火湯味道 👍🏾🐷招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒配白飯+熱飲 ($62)好抵食, 份量大, 加碗白飯兩個人其實都夠哂飽有驚喜, 色香味俱全, 一上枱已經聞到香噴噴, 豬扒唔乾仲非常juicy, 加埋d洋蔥同炸蒜撈飯, 正🤤
