To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為限聚令,今晚約咗三個朋友再嚟呢度試吓佢哋嘅晚餐,原來菜式比午餐多,全部菜色由朋友點:👇1. 泰蠔煎蛋$68,其實係泰國蠔仔餅,最奇怪係完全沒有番薯粉、木薯粉、分分鐘可能生粉都沒有,唔知佢點整可以做到個蛋漿好蓬鬆fluffy,除咗蠔仔之外餡料還有芫荽和金不換,跟上一次我嚟食午餐的時候的那個做法完全不一樣,呢個做法超好食,我諗冇人咁樣整!有創意!2. 泰式烤豬頸肉$36,味道好,不過因為切薄左才燒,所以食落去乾咗啲,同埋黐住個焗盤仔,要大力剷起。3. 金不換牛肉炒金邊粉pad thai$$59,非常之好食,而且並不太油。4. 飛天通菜$52,有啲辣味,並不油膩炒得很好吃!顏色青綠!啲朋友好鍾意食!5. 泰式明爐烏頭$108,啲朋友特別鍾意佢冇泥味,個湯汁好正,除咗有肉碎之外,有酸梅、泰式鹹酸菜、還有一些泰國香料,味道誘人。條魚係燒過先攞嚟的,但係入邊還有少少生,所以要浸煮一下。6. 船河$56,乜餸都有啲,塊炸豬扒好食過上次嘅,因為今次夠稔了,豬扒係切成條撞才擺上去,我諗有半塊豬扒,還有扎肉和泰國牛丸,餸同埋河粉都好多。由於啲湯係深啡色嘅,我哋唔知有乜嘢材料餚,所以即使好好飲都唔敢全部

7. 凍檸檬茶少甜三杯,每杯另加$10,超好飲。

8. 椰汁三色冰$15,有紅豆冰的肉,有些綠色的啫喱狀絲,朋友飲咗之後話好正,佢話啲椰汁唔知係乜嘢牌子因為肯定唔係快達牌。

9. 爆蒜金沙骨$75,每碟有六條,睇落去諗唔到會咁好味,有啲似避風塘式的做法。

10. 蒜香牛油雞翼$25,其實好似越南牛油雞翼,一碟有三隻係雞中翼,我冇食,食咗嘅朋友話好食過爆蒜金沙骨,佢哋話牛油味好濃!
