To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 東涌真係冇乜嘢食，有時想快食都唔知食啲乜好。喺東薈城二期有間一風堂，我如果想快食通常同揀佢。一風堂嘅拉麵有分三種豬肉叉燒，包括卷腩叉燒、炙燒卷腩叉燒同低溫豬柳叉燒。我覺得最好食嘅係炙燒叉燒，因為淋得嚟又有少少香口嘅感覺，算係幾唔錯。今次食我食辣肉味增味嘅一風堂拉麵。拉麵係用細麵，但佢嘅麵質絕對係一般貨色，唔太彈身唔太香。拉麵辣度可揀小辣、中辣同大辣。我就揀咗中辣，其實一啲都唔辣。份量比較少，五分鐘食完。
