To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係第一次寫食評, 原因好自私,好特別, 希望各位原諒, 有朋友生日, 住係深井的朋友話呢間西餐廳氣氛吾錯, 所以一早訂好4位, 餐廳環境真的吾錯, 而且仲有小部份係露天, 我地滿心歡喜咁睇下餐牌, 點知睇到有一種令我冇哂食慾的菜式" 普羅旺斯兔肉" 仲只限冬天供應, 可能係我自己屋企養左兔仔啦, 所以咩野mood都冇哂, 真係想問下餐廳老板吾買呢個菜式得吾得? 好殘忍...我同朋友以後都吾會再來幫襯. 希望餐廳老板見到我呢個comment考慮一下取消呢個菜式啦! 在此懇請各位食家吾好order呢個菜式啦! Thanks so much.
