To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳裝修不錯，走歐美式路線，上枱的食物擺放也很好，尤其而家做緊特價早餐，上枱就賣相已不錯。環境尚算靜。之前兩個月還再好d, 靜一點。唯改善之處，他們的員工講野比較大聲，連食客講野大聲都唔會去處理，會將餐廳格局打差，即去左普通茶餐廳咁跟餐廳的裝修格格不入，或者餐廳Management 有待改善，如果你要求餐內煎蛋轉炒蛋，要花好長的時間，因為要詢問廚房心情，問也沒要緊，次次都能轉，但次次都要問，令到顧客都幾confuse.
