To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普通都算抵食的叉燒飯

星期六的晚上特意來到這間幾多好評的餐廳試下佢既叉燒飯。6點多的時間冇乜人客係餐廳，一坐低叫了個肥叉飯，31蚊。賣相其實很ok的，份量也不少，勉強算是半肥瘦，這個梅頭中間的部位肉質一定唸，還好冇俾瘦既部位我，刀功就一般，一舊大一舊細，有d成張紙咁薄，不過小店平民價錢就唔好有太多要求。白飯普通，叉飯熱的，很欣賞這一點。味道方面有點失望，唔係唔好食，而係很普通的味道，用了最大路的醃料，入味方面還可以，可以再耐一點，蜜味一般般不太出。其實31蚊的價錢這個份量，這個味道，熱辣辣的，是高性價比，不過就唔需要特登走來而度食。
