To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一米之蓮中菜食府推介-阿一海景飯店。

自從認識咗HSBC dining week, 總是滿心期待好想試嘅食府會在名單上出現。阿一海景飯店就是其中之一。自從今年5月品嚐過dinning week的指定晚餐,就期待著它的指定午餐。

🌃餐廳位於iSquare 29樓景觀眺望維港, 一邊望住維港美景,一邊品嚐美食,人生樂事。

💲Dinning week 指定午市套餐HKD198/位,價格算是物超所值。

🫔蟹籽燒賣、香煎蘿蔔糕、雞絲春卷
好肚餓,一到埗,燒賣同蘿蔔糕已經直送肚裡,相中只剩下的雞絲春卷,香脆可口,忍唔住熱騰騰送進口裡,好味。

🐷西班牙豚肉叉燒
如果你係叉燒控,西班牙或加拿大食料才能滿足你的要求,西班牙豚肉肥瘦參半帶甘香,加拿大豚肉叉燒油脂較豐盈,油香四溢。香港食府太多臥虎藏龍,阿一在叉燒方面未能稱霸。

🦆韮皇瑤柱火鴨絲羹
鴨絲切成幼條,配上韮黃的獨特香味,令整個湯羹更添鮮味。

🦐千島汁蝦多士
蝦多士巧妙地運用了千島汁,帶點點香甜,加上蝦多士炸得乾身,可口突出。

🥬上湯雲吞浸莧菜
雲吞粒粒飽滿,鮮蝦爽口彈牙,莧菜鮮嫩冇渣,放上幾粒杞子,橙紅翠綠象牙白,清淡中帶點點生氣。

🐓瑤柱蛋白雞粒炒飯
越簡單的菜色,越顯大廚功架。瑤柱蛋白炒飯加上雞肉切粒,中正下懷,我添了兩碗。

🫘紅豆沙或芝麻糊
我選擇了紅豆沙,紅豆大大粒,淡淡陳皮香味。
