To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於放暑假啦!暑期第一擊梗係去同公公婆婆嘆個靚茶啦!準備下午同佢地去科學館玩餐勁,所以揀咗位於尖東嘅彩福酒樓。酒樓裝修佈置十分雅致,座位好歡堂。呢間酒樓嘅點心相當唔錯,我哋都點左佢嘅得獎點心。鮑魚蝦餃王,鮑魚細細隻但勝在夠名貴!婆婆最鍾意食滷水豬仔腳,滷得夠入味,又夠林夠滑 !我自己就最鍾意食酥炸魷魚鬚蝦腸同蝦餃都係大大隻蝦,完全冇肥肉,爽口彈牙。當然唔少得佢個獲獎旋風流沙奶皇包其實個瑤柱海皇炆鴛鴦米都幾好食,但係叫得太多野食唔晒,最終要打包返去做晚餐。
