今晚訂左灣仔一間私房菜叫名門,個名已甚有氣派,心想必定是名貴菜色,上樓私房菜,菜色以少鹽無味精取勝,先點了招牌杏汁白肺燉湯$368,奶白色既湯,好似豆漿既感覺,湯料的白果豬肺同豬肉另上,可原汁原味品嚐湯的清甜味道,杏仁味香,豬肺肉質清甜,確實是足料巧手湯,而且白果煙韌,唔會有澀味,有在家飲湯暖在心頭的感覺。上冷盤,有名貴的冰鎮鮑魚$78@,但價錢唔貴,好大隻,厚身,入口相當清甜,彈牙!再上鵝肝配鮮蝦多士$188,超大塊鵝肝,今日好彩,店員話來貨有機會有大有細,但會原塊上,今晚我就好彩喇,鵝肝比朋友的相對大塊,益晒我呢個鵝肝痴,表面煎至微焦香,但唔太油膩,鵝肝味香濃,再墊底的脆身鮮打蝦多士,好鬆脆彈牙既蝦肉。再來精緻頭盤,一個個山丘隆起既洋蔥蟹肉瑤柱蟹蓋$328,好似黃金山咁,一匙匙放入口中。一啖啖蟹肉加瑤柱碎,好鮮甜,撈埋半熟洋蔥粒好惹味。中餐唔少得雞,點左半隻豉油雞$268,雞肉嫩滑,豉油甜味非常入味,更帶出雞肉的鮮甜味道。還點了魚肚大介菜蝦乾煲$168,其實係個菜湯鍋,清甜的介菜味,唔會苦澀,蝦肝好大隻,食下仍然清甜,還有超淋的鮮魚肚,有黏口口感,感覺充滿骨膠原。甜品壓軸點了炸大良
