天氣突然凍左好多呀!一凍就會諗起要打邊爐,老公提議去食「四季文昌」,我記得呢間餐廳幾出名喎!一早就book位了,地點都幾方便,係美麗華後面,我行左陣GU就去食啦!Book左7點準時入座,最出名就係文昌雞,當然先叫啦,店員先倒左d椰子湯落鍋,仲有椰子肉tim!椰子香味芬芳濃郁,本身我仲以為係自己放雞,好彩店員提一提我地原來佢地會幫我地放雞架,我地襯未有雞就先拿左一碗黎飲,好清甜!完全唔hea,唔稀,係椰子濃湯,齋飲都已經好滋味!建議椰子肉滾耐d,食既時候就會林身好多。之後就落雞,雞有半隻份量都唔少,枱面有個沙漏,只要漏完就食得啦~雞肉一d都唔鞋,幾嫩滑,雞脾位d肉仲好彈牙tim!我唔知道d雞有無調過味,但係好重椰子香味!因為我地加左錢轉另一種湯底,加$158就可以享受埋「雪濃牛骨湯拼牛肉拼盤!店員原來有一直留意我地食完雞未架,差唔多食完時就拎左個牛骨湯幫我地倒入鍋中,牛骨湯個味道好香濃,好似食韓國野時𠴱個牛尾湯咁,同一個味道!牛骨湯是奶白色,無油的!之後就試下d牛肉,一共有三款牛肉,安格斯牛小排是最普通的一款,切得很薄片,食落真的有安格斯的味道,牛肉有少許靭。黑毛牛肩胛肉同牛舌就係中等,

因為我地加左錢轉另一種湯底,加$158就可以享受埋「雪濃牛骨湯拼牛肉拼盤!店員原來有一直留意我地食完雞未架,差唔多食完時就拎左個牛骨湯幫我地倒入鍋中,牛骨湯個味道好香濃,好似食韓國野時𠴱個牛尾湯咁,同一個味道!牛骨湯是奶白色,無油的!之後就試下d牛肉,一共有三款牛肉,安格斯牛小排是最普通的一款,切得很薄片,食落真的有安格斯的味道,牛肉有少許靭。黑毛牛肩胛肉同牛舌就係中等,牛肩胛係靠近筋眼位既部份,味道同質感都似牛扒,但我覺得肉質比較有彈性,可以彈彌補小牛排既不足,隨碟附上牛舌,一般牛舌都比較厚,食落去都感覺飽滿,呢個牛舌好薄,完全可以將椰子湯吸收!最後就係最高質既A5山形和牛肉眼,識食牛當然係食肉眼!A5不枉是A5,肉質細滑,入口即融,殘留牛肉的牛香味,而且咀嚼時會feel到比較多汁,食起來會比較滿足同豐富!

食左咁多肉當然要食返d菜同丸啦,丸類係手工丸,墨魚丸雖然是手造,但形狀好靚架!墨魚丸同牛丸都好彈牙,質素不錯。野菜籃d菜一睇就知係正野,d菜好新鮮,顏色亦好翠綠~食唔飽唔緊要,仲可以食到烏冬,烏冬當然都是好野啦,好煙靭彈牙!份量兩個人剛剛好。食到悶悶地都唔怕,個餐仲有其他野食,三文魚刺身都幾好,我本身以為得兩片,點知原來有咁多片!好抵食!塊塊都厚身,鮮甜肥美。

特別要提就係「海南沙薑脆豬手」,豬手應該軟林林架嘛,但呢個豬手係卜卜脆,先係層皮,好香同入味既沙薑,食起時好爽脆,到豬手肉,膏少肉多,而且都算林,少少時間已經可以「骨肉分離」,一d都唔費功夫!最後最後,我地叫左兩個椰青,椰青既logo同飲管都好特別,椰青我地見住師傅新鮮開,味道清甜,連椰子肉都甜過人!
