一個63日熟之Nebraska肉眼扒,亮麗之坑玟外表、已深深被它吸引
上場前大廚已將它切件平放,肉汁清晣可見、而肉質亦非常嫩稔
沒有多沾酱汁也感味美,肉質內部呈微微的粉紅色、熟度處理得很好,不錯

薄薄的自家醃製三文魚,卷上咸鮮之黑魚子上
咸香味道由清漸變濃,沾上用蜂蜜混和之芥末醬
味蕾一瞬間加添了幾番層次感

件頭適中之波士頓龍蝦,經過滿滿的芝士焗製下
奶滑細綿之質感,佈滿於整隻龍蝦身上、很是好吃

本來這份簡單的沙律菜盡是優勝,可惜味道來得霸道的crottin de chavignol峰芒過露
連帶蓋過了香醋汁給予紅菜頭之味道,我想..比藍芝士還要強勁之味道
不是每個亞洲人士懂得欣賞

青擰味道不算過於特出,但配角薑糖雪糕反而來得驚喜
清新而帶幽幽之薑味雪糕,隱隱在嘴腔滲發、再配上特製之鮮青擰片
很特別味美)

(中: 至於這款rum酒忌廉香蕉牛奶糖漿配椰子雪葩..
味道上來得太過平衡,反而沒有特出之感)

(右: 將軟心朱古力撻做基底,注入輕軟之棉花做主角
口感特別之餘亦做出味美預期效果,身旁就伴上全麥餅雪糕
但因全麥雪糕味道不太特出,所以還是愛上主角軟心朱古力撻棉花餅

西式甜品梳乎里可算是最為甜魔喜愛之一
既要掌握到蛋白打發得宜,焗製時間火路、早及遲亦直接響响成品之口感
梳乎里一般出爐後很快便會收縮、所以大家亦快快手拍照後快快食
口感上細綿外,一點嚡口亦沒有、啖啖的朱古力香氣,滿嘴皆是

身旁還伴上一瓶鮮磨榛子漿,但自覺不用加上任何配角亦已很是味美,好吃

Other Info. : 整體上每份菜式也顯出廚師之功力,只是個人對(紅菜頭配山羊芝士香醋汁沙律菜) 這份比(藍芝士)還要強勁之味道來得不太接受,是普遍亞洲人對它不懂欣賞? 還是個人挑剔? 我想..在於個別喜愛芝士情度與否才會接受^^
