自從轉左新工後都好耐無同舊同事聯絡,早排係工作嘅群組入面知道其中一個好同事都即將離職,所以就夾埋其他人一齊同佢FAREWELL一番。因為知道呢度非常旺場,所以一早BOOK定枱準時齊人入席。坐低無耐就見到可以任飲清酒,所以二話不說就加錢升級暢飲一番。美酒配佳餚,一樂也。先黎係前菜小食三味。最鐘意係味增醃大蒜,無刺鼻嘅蒜辣味反而甘甘甜甜的好開胃。因為知道同事愛吃芝士,特意點左個一口炸芝士俾佢一飽口腹。芝士味幾香濃,入口微咸熱辣軟糯。唔錯。四品刺身盛:原板北海道海膽併帶子/象拔蚌及三文魚腩。每樣都十分新鮮肥美為今餐打響頭炮。原條喜知次刺身。作為日本三大名魚之一,用黎FAREWELL絕不失禮。幸好店員係入座時提及返左靚貨,否則較難遇到。北海道海膽味道鮮甜,入口即化。配上酥脆海苔片,滋味在口腔久久不散。喜知次鮮美豐腴,入口肉質結實彈牙,以炙燒方式帶出魚皮嘅油香,令食起上黎口感更豐富。而三文魚腩則以厚切方式突出其肥美嘅滋味。帶子及象拔蚌同樣鮮甜,其中有個以醬油醃漬嘅象拔蚌尾部,爽脆又鮮香。將容易被人忽視嘅部份都物盡其用,廚師心機由此可見。刺身過後就到左今晚嘅重頭戲:近江牛全宴。近江牛可能係港人比較

最先食佢嘅牛舌/牛臀/牛腿上肉。牛肉一放上網燒,其中嘅油花引燃出閃亮火光,由此可見牛肉嘅肥美程度。首三個部位肉味都係淡口一點,品嚐嘅係佢腍滑嘅肉質同咬口

之後係牛腿/牛肩/牛頸脊。肉味比前三者更香,雪花同肉嘅比例大約五十五十,覺得咁嘅比例剛好。油脂同肉味唔會搶過對方,而且食落口感較結實,咀嚼時香味慢慢滲出。

最後係牛小排/西冷/肉眼。亦係本人最愛嘅部份,油脂最豐富最甘香嘅三個部位,熟度保持係五成熟入口半溶未溶,咀嚼時肉香四散真係令人回味無窮

大家仲有少少意猶未盡,就點多個明太子大蝦及芝士年糕。大蝦肉細緻,配上咸香明太子的確不錯。而年糕則煙韌軟糯,以兩款輕食作結啱啱好。

晚飯最後再食埋個海鹽雪糕,冰凍酸爽嘅味道將整晚嘅飽滿感一下子送入胃袋深處,亦將滋味回憶深深地烙入腦海之中。

美食永遠都係維繫感情及關係嘅不二法門,可以同朋友/同事以食聚舊,談笑風生,咁先係生活嘛。
