To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最多光顧的canteen

由於工作的關係，今日做到兩點鐘還沒搞好，所以去太子大厦canteen食午餐。去到人不算多，我排了五分鐘左右，買了我經常在這食的鼓油雞飯及一杯熱薑檸蜜。回想那些年,每逢一個月左右都會去中環太子大廈canteen同我哥哥食午餐，這canteen陪伴了着我和哥哥的春夏秋冬。由於我哥哥有病，我經常要陪他到太子大厦看醫生，所以這canteen是我光顧最多的一間。我感謝醫生對我哥哥的醫治及引導，给我意見。幫助我哥哥轉介去公立醫院繼續治療，令我得到無助之中的幫助。我十分感激他的無私的奉獻及幫助，令我沉重的負擔得到釋放。鼓油雞飯，色相唔錯，食落唔肥唔咸，有新鮮味及好食。熱薑檸蜜，有幾片薑，有幾片檸檬，蜜糖在底，人生好像熱薑檸蜜， 甜酸苦辣樣樣都有。這裏環境和食物都唔錯， 所以我一定會再來。

鼓油雞飯，色相唔錯，食落唔肥唔咸，有新鮮味及好食。
熱薑檸蜜，有幾片薑，有幾片檸檬，蜜糖在底，人生好像熱薑檸蜜， 甜酸苦辣樣樣都有。
這裏環境和食物都唔錯， 所以我一定會再來。
