幾時都話食飯唔一定大魚大肉先至開心嘅何況身材唔keep 真係好易肥,所以閒時都要多做運動,運動前後最好食有營新鮮食物。呢度嘅西湯選擇不多,平日多數係紅菜頭或南瓜湯,兩款都用新鮮蔬果煮湯,飲落啖啖紅菜頭茸,鮮甜好味而三文魚牛油果牛角包,內夾有忌廉芝士、洋蔥圈、生青瓜、蕃茄同羽衣甘藍葉。喜歡Green Food 嘅朋友應該都知道Superfood羽衣甘藍,呢間餐廳提供嘅沙律、三文治類好多會用羽衣甘藍有時候自己買一棵番去又嫌太多,擺到黃都未食晒,想靚想健康不妨考慮食份沙律。
