GABA 是一種胺基酸,它在身體裡扮演着一個很重要的角色,可令我們的身心狀態寧靜、平和及放鬆下來。這間餐廳的Concept 就是GABA - 提供令客人放鬆、平靜的食物,所以名為GABA Concept。最近,餐廳除了推出多款新飲品,更令人期待的是他們正在研發的以「蕉」為主題的菜式和甜品。熱薑汁紅菜頭/紫薯鮮奶 (可選脫脂奶或豆奶): 紅菜頭/紫薯令整杯牛奶變成紫紅/淡紫色,非常漂亮,加入蜜糖作天然甜味劑,他們選用了百花蜜,飲用時不會太甜,紅菜頭鮮奶比紫薯鮮奶有更明顯的薑汁味,熱飲有令人溫暖的感覺。燒牛肉胡蘿蔔麵沙律配沙嗲汁: 顧名思義沙律是把砲成像闊麵一樣的紅蘿蔔及沙律菜配上沙嗲汁,另加燒牛肉在上。雖然燒牛肉肉味較淡,但我喜歡沙律用沙嗲汁作調味,這醬汁感覺不油膩之餘,還有淡淡的花生味,感覺新穎。脆煙肉藍芝士合桃長通粉火箭菜沙律: 這度菜對餐廳來說可說是一度大敢的菜色,因為藍芝士及火箭菜的口味較重,不是每人都能接受,我個人對火箭菜還好,但就不愛吃藍芝士,因為它的口味太重,但這個藍芝士醬的味道較淡,對我還好,是我接受範圍以內,另加入了脆煙肉及脆合桃,脆合桃甜甜的很好吃!素菜/燒牛肉米紙卷

除了主菜,我亦喜歡GABA Concept的甜品,原因是他們的甜品全是低糖/無糖,包括雪糕、窩夫等更是自家制,這樣的低卡甜點,任何時候都是女生最愛!

Other Info. :
餐廳環境舒適,枱與枱之間有足夠空間,不會令人覺得擠擁,枱上用藍色、綠色的酒樽裝水,這個枱飾很不錯。
