To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炸醬麵、羊肉餃及...最愛的涼伴西紅柿。白麵淋上品珍出品的豆瓣醬混合醬油及肉末炒成的炸醬,伴以大量青瓜粒。別被泥啡的色澤騙倒,炸醬毫無味道,縱是死命的撈,也撈不出醬香,青瓜切絲會較切粒來得好,起碼會吃得應有的口感與味道,被炸醬弄得烏卒卒的白麵,入口淡而無味,卻有著軟熟的口感,是北方麵少吃到的軟熟...伴麵的羊肉餃,加了大頭菜,濃汁下吃得極滿足,當然麵皮再厚一倍會更好,這是個人口味。砂糖番茄,兒時被流放「老家」時惟一美食,在廚房的那鹽水缸中取一隻番茄(當時還未有雪櫃),切件後加入砂糖,眼前的西紅柿,雖沒當年土產番茄般清甜,但砂糖與番茄的結合,再次將自己帶回甜甜的童年回憶中...
