To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上兩個星期四放學後頗為餓,呢附近有時食雲南米線好出名的地方,其實確實地址我都唔知道,但好好彩行下行下兼誤打誤撞就到達。之前睇見藍鳥兒的食評小辣已經要噴火,我當然不敢輕視啦。這裡的辣度基本上可分四級:小辣、中辣、大辣及勁辣,而小辣可以再分五級,今次我反而選了最小辣,而配料選擇左腐皮及豬腩肉。首先講下個湯底,如果唔加任何辣味,的確飲得過,幾清甜,兼唔口渴,米線份量與配料都係足,豬腩肉可以說是豬爽肉及豬腩肉的混合體,咬落去時仍有口感,帶一點驚喜,腐皮亦我喜愛的食物其中一款,區區淪為預設的配料點會足夠呢?土匪雞翼除左留有少少毛外,很難在雞蛋裡挑骨頭,雞翼比一般大隻好多,黑芝麻香味不算濃烈,但燒得好乾身,骨頭裡都有味道,雖則有四隻,但係咁既質素俾廿蚊仍然不太過份。雖則這裡的雲南米線不算最正宗,但呢個月睇黎都要黎呢度翻炒多一次啦。識多一點點:過橋米線已有一百多年的歷史。源於雲南滇南蒙自。傳說蒙自縣城的南湖舊的風景優美,常有文墨客攻書讀詩於此。有位楊秀才,經常去湖心亭內攻讀,其妻每飯菜送往該處。秀才讀書刻苦,往往學而忘食,以至常食冷飯涼菜,身體日漸不支。其妻焦慮心疼,思付之余把家中母雞殺了,用砂鍋燉

過橋米線已有一百多年的歷史。源於雲南滇南蒙自。傳說蒙自縣城的南湖舊的風景優美,常有文墨客攻書讀詩於此。有位楊秀才,經常去湖心亭內攻讀,其妻每飯菜送往該處。秀才讀書刻苦,往往學而忘食,以至常食冷飯涼菜,身體日漸不支。其妻焦慮心疼,思付之余把家中母雞殺了,用砂鍋燉熟,給他送去。待她再去收碗筷時,看見送去的食物原封未動,丈夫仍如痴如呆在一旁看書。隻好將飯菜取回重熱,當她拿砂鍋時卻發現還燙乎乎的,揭開蓋子,原來湯表面覆蓋著一層雞油、加之陶土器皿傳熱不侍,把熱量封存在湯內。以後其妻就用此法保溫,另將一些米、蔬菜、肉片放在熱雞湯中燙熟,趁熱給丈夫食用。後來不少都仿效她的這種創新烹制,烹調出來的米線確實鮮美可口,由於楊秀才從家到湖心亭要經過一座小橋,大家就把這種吃法稱之"過橋米線"。
