To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係星期五到放假嘅時候，獎勵下自己先返屋企。本來想食越南菜，但係老婆話元氣要儲分做會員，於是決定食元氣。食得元氣就預咗要排隊，好在元氣可以先拎籌，就到你嗰時會有電話提醒你，陪太太喺樓下睇下衫，都好快有得食。坐到落去，先自己整杯茶飲下先，搽粉係免費嘅，值得一讚。再掃 q r code叫嘢食。食品有水準保證，酥炸魷魚鬚同紅雪蟹忌廉餅，熱辣辣好香脆，應該係即叫即炸。海膽花卷都好鮮甜。刺身同壽司味道亦唔錯，選擇多過食放題。我同太太食到飽，埋單都係二百幾，睇嚟未來一個月仲要食多兩次，先儲夠分做會員。
