Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食重口味嘢就好似月經咁，每個月總係想食一兩次諗起油麻地小街內有一間一直只係路過而沒有入內嘗試嘅咖哩，咁諗起就去左啦果時正值午飯時段，入內已有數枱客人，環境乾淨企理，座位亦夠寬闊係冷氣有點兒不足，可能位子偏後餐牌，餐具放置非常整齊諗唔到食咩嘅話，頭一擰就見到廚師推薦，樣樣都好吸引不過一條友食飯叫得太多會嘔，咁店員見我咁猶豫就幫我揭左去咖哩果頁介紹，話曬係佢地招牌野最後點左個燒羊肉咖哩同埋印度洋蔥烤餅飲品LIST毫不猶豫點左自己喜好嘅sweet lassi等食期間，送左份印度脆餅，配有薄荷香草汁拎上手時仲有微燙手嘅熱度，食落香脆惹味咖哩同烤餅一併到來燒羊肉咖哩濃郁嘅咖哩上有一點薑絲，香蔥，芫茜等配料增添賣相之餘亦更突出咖哩香味個人喜好嘅關係，羊肉雖不像我所想咁有陣陣羶味，但肉質頗嫩，搭配正宗印度咖哩同薯仔，非常出色印度洋蔥烤餅添加左洋蔥嘅餅香口非常，食落軟熟有咬口，而沾上咖哩嘅烤餅更係提升左數個層次，識食一定係襯塊餅仲係熱氣騰騰時擺曬入口甜乳酪味道豐富濃郁，跟平常於印度餐廳飲到嘅乳酪差不多，但甜味略嫌有點過重整頓飯份量十足，環境良好數位印度籍店員(定唔知老闆)年輕靚仔，友善禮貌，值得再來
