To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 難得今日有時間,放工自己一個人,去咗旺角金魚街行咗一陣,突然間我記得我嘅會員仲有$50現金券,跟住用電話攞飛去食牛肉打邊爐。一早聽聞佢嘅SRF 牛肉好抵食,所以我就叫左呢一個。湯底方面我選擇了醬油湯底同埋櫻花蝦沙嗲湯底。入到去店員提醒我取食物的時候必須要戴口罩,雖然有點麻煩但我覺得大家值得咁樣做,起碼大家食得安心啲。雖然話係日式 shabu shabu,但係佢嘅配菜方面都幾本地化,例如有涼瓜,芥蘭,哇哇菜,韭菜呢一類本地蔬菜做代表。最富有日式嘅配菜就係油豆腐,其餘嘅選擇和一般港式放題沒有什麼分別。不過最緊要係啲菜新鮮。呢度上菜方面嘅速度真係要改善一下,由我坐低到比第一條牛肉我足足等了10分鐘,呢一種和牛,其實係好平的,我見過凍肉舖有得買,大約300克大約$70左右,仲平過一啲美國嘅牛肉,所以我對佢嘅質素都冇什麼期望。 牛肉到來,油花分布正常,但食落口沒有很強烈牛肉的味道,但當點上柚子醋的話,味道立刻提升,牛肉質地軟林,但可惜沒有牛肉的鮮味,但以呢個價錢任食來說也算是值得。由於我係會員的關係再扣減$50現金卷,折實後只需$178, 但其他放題店也不停做減價的時候,相對嘅這個價錢就沒有什
