To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特登過海換盒月餅返屋企食,係酥皮奶黃月餅。細細舊,個人認為好食過傳統既蓮蓉月餅及冰皮月餅。想保持新鮮,返到屋企記得要即刻放入雪櫃,細細盒唔會好"ar"位。本人及屋企人都認為呢度既月餅皮夠薄,奶黃餡料又唔甜,一個人食晒成個都唔覺"漏"。攞餅時見到有一對情侶想買盒月餅食,不過侍應話要一早預訂先有貨,大家如果想食就要預先柯打定嘞。
