To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日喺ig見到品穀嘅廣告, 今年母親節決定試下呢間Bakery嘅出品。在網站預購蛋糕當日, 收到店員whastapp, 原來見我喺朱古力牌request "Happy Mother's Day" 字句, 特意問下我有無興趣免費轉做母親節限定生日牌, 感覺好店員好細心☺️日本柚子慕絲蛋糕欣賞最底層嘅杏仁脆底, 脆卜卜之餘, 減少咗一般消化餅底嗰種膩! 內餡帶有柚子果皮, 清香得嚟食落多咗份口感, 外層嘅柚子mousse亦做得好輕盈。不過層mousse都幾厚🥲 如果內層海綿蛋糕直徑大番啲會balance啲😂。整體來講, 蛋糕柚子味香濃, 但個人覺得比較甜, 而且兩大個白朱古力外圈太大太多了, 建議餐店鋪改良下設計。

日本柚子慕絲蛋糕
欣賞最底層嘅杏仁脆底, 脆卜卜之餘, 減少咗一般消化餅底嗰種膩!


內餡帶有柚子果皮, 清香得嚟食落多咗份口感, 外層嘅柚子mousse亦做得好輕盈。不過層mousse都幾厚🥲 如果內層海綿蛋糕直徑大番啲會balance啲😂。


整體來講, 蛋糕柚子味香濃, 但個人覺得比較甜, 而且兩大個白朱古力外圈太大太多了, 建議餐店鋪改良下設計。
