想吃傳統順德菜,在香港的話,我就會去鳳城酒家,這裡的菜做得夠正宗,價錢不算貴有名的桂魚卷是招牌菜,桂魚切雙飛後釀入火腿,紅蘿蔔和中芹,甘香清爽,另外將魚骨及腩脆炸,非常香口,送酒一流!炸子雞是另外一道做得不錯的菜餚,皮脆肉嫩多汁,年輕人都鍾意但我個人覺得最好吃的是鴿鬆,炒得夠香和惹味,加上沙葛的爽口,用生菜包著來吃,配襯一絕!
