To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我12:30左右到餐廳,當時約5成客入座,知客帶我哋到近走廊的座位,我一坐下,覺得不太舒適,所以我跟侍應要求轉到廳中間差不多大細的枱,侍應問在遠處的知客,知客示意無得轉,我進一步解釋唔想坐路口位,知客這時走過來,惡形惡相問我:「有咩問題」,我心想,你有咩問題,客人提出你非常容易做得到的要求,有咩問題,知客見我頗堅持,勉強應𠄘我調位。嗰日我哋叫咗煙熏疍、醉豬手、醉雞、小籠包和清炒豆苗,一如既往的好味,大約800蚊左右,雖然好食,但並不便宜,服務要跟得上。見老飯店30週年慶,勾起了我20多年前第一次去炮台山分店愉快的用餐經驗,有問題知客應該是個別例子,其他侍應都頗有禮貌,應該可能不會因此動搖老飯店的30年基業,不過,畢竟因各種原因,百年企業是罕見的。
