To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Hmmm 好食嘅。 個餐都幾多嘢食我揀啲比較特別嗰幾樣同大家講下啦。

頭盤首先有容易食又好味嘅鮑魚先。


避風塘炒蟹都有驚(喜)。 唔係好食到辣嘅人都會食到,甜甜地, 幾好味。 鍾意食辣嘅人就應該會覺得佢唔夠辣喇。 啲蟹肉炒得好嫩,蟹殼亦都比較林, 蟹鉗幫你扑開咗唔使咬崩牙。


但其實呢個餐最令我期待嘅係片皮鴨 。 因因為呢個菜式真係要人多先至可以食到 。。

南海1號嘅片皮鴨比平時食嘅例如北京樓的瘦,所以可以話唔夠香。佢有好多瘦肉,鐘意食鴨肉嘅人就應該好開心。但我覺得一塊片皮鴨要有啲皮、有啲肥、比例大慨皮:肥:瘦=1:0.5:1 🤔(大慨啦,你明嘅)先至夠香。 但係塊包皮唔錯。佢比起北京樓嘅會多咗一份韌性,冇咁容易穿。琴晚包咗三塊,三塊都冇穿。但係如果喺北京樓之類,佢哋通常就會包三塊會有一塊包穿然後 手手就會沾滿咗醬。( 呢間南海一號都有啲細心之處,例如佢會將兩包濕紙巾放喺枱面。 用手食嘢前後就可以用佢嚟清理,唔使下下問侍應攞。)


包尾個泡飯同埋甜品嘅橙味雪葩 都有啲驚喜 或者係驚訝。 驚訝嘅係,橙味嘅雪巴令我諗起魚肝油。。。 但最少我哋所有人都食曬啲嘢啦,咁即係話餐嘅份量適合而且唔難食。


埋單先知佢仲有茶介、餐前小食,最後埋單每人五百蚊。(原本以為550x4/3+55 =467)


我覺得呢個地方都幾適合聚會, 唔算太貴但係又不會寒酸。 但係我應該唔會當佢係一間日常餐廳。

最後一個 個人同埋我朋友嘅感受: 餐廳嘅價錢同洗手間嘅質素好似不相符。 廁所有少少日久失修嘅感覺。。
