To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $64蚊一碗湯米仲要勁污糟有烏蠅🪰🤢換過碗仍然有勁多小烏蠅浮面極度惡劣———首先等候時間已經長，嚟到碗魚蛋湯米上面浮住隻烏蠅，我即刻影低相，想叫侍應換過。我舉手，有好幾個侍應見到我、對視左都無視我。其中一個侍應淨係離遠講句：「嘢飲嚟緊㗎啦！」我話：「唔係嘢飲你過嚟先」隻烏蠅都好明顯喺碗麵上面（如圖）所以個侍應幫我換咗一碗新但係新一碗仍然都係有烏蠅，食咗一兩啖，陸續有黑色碎片浮面仔細睇有昆蟲翼/腳，碗麵真係勁污糟⋯⋯我再次叫侍應嚟睇，比埋張相佢睇，個侍應竟然話：「木耳碎嚟㗎！」我話：「木耳碎有翼有腳嘅？」然後佢黑面唔出聲⋯（碗嘢真係明顯有昆蟲）最後退左碗米粉錢，仲要計返杯嘢飲係正價本來跟餐三蚊嘢飲，收咗二十蚊真係永遠唔會再幫襯，已經列入黑名單。
