跟住個喺銅鑼灣返工嘅朋友去搵食,佢帶咗我嚟呢間喺亨利中心 12 樓嘅 Sushi N 食 Omakase. 銀ダラ燻製のお刺身
- 間八魚配黑松露酸汁
- 煙燻銀鱈魚刺身
- 劍魚腩、醬油蛋黃漬、炸葱
間八魚配黑松露酸汁配上紫色食用花一起食。間八魚本身味道唔太濃,黑松露酸汁嘅味道配上間八嘅口感就做到各自發揮所長。
煙燻銀鱈魚刺身: 充滿儀式感嘅一道菜,師傅先放刺身於杯內,再點火閂蓋將煙困在杯內做到煙燻效果,食前將蓋打開,濃濃嘅煙味隨即四散,而銀鱈魚刺身則充滿咗煙燻味!
劍魚腩、醬油蛋黃漬、炸葱: 劍魚腩 點落蛋黃漬食就 ok。醬油蛋黃漬好出色,蛋味好出加上醬油嘅鹹味配上炸葱同劍魚腩又唔會搶走劍魚腩嘅淡淡嘅味道。

和牛の塩焼き
- A4和牛配芥末籽、岩鹽
上咗3 件壽司後的熱食,外表煎香,內裡粉嫩嘅牛扒唔會太油膩。

個人嘅最愛,本身都鍾意食帆立貝同海膽、兩種食材嘅鮮味都好出,但放埋一齊又無違和感

- 海膽手巻
海膽滿滿嘅迷你手巻要趁新鮮食,唔係嘅話紫菜會好快淋

吸物
- 鯛魚湯配菇、蘿蔔、豆腐
魚味好濃,配料都好夾
