To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 抗疫抗疫期間,當晚外賣二人份量:風味辣子雞:非常惹味,過癮👍 身旁食肉獸連連大讚番石榴猴頭菇:酸甜清新,配搭出色有驚喜👍食肉獸再次瘋搶星洲炒米:火喉很好,不油膩👍等待外賣的時候,買了素餅乾、蠔油、辣豆瓣醬。(後記:我用了辣豆瓣醬煮冬菇木耳栗子豆腐,味道很好,有原顆豆瓣在內,口感👍 )店內也有自家製素xo醬、蜜合桃等供選購🤤🤤下回務必要點個xo醬做的菜式,口味合適的話就買一樽回家慢慢品嚐。初次接觸紫竹林和大廚,作風樸實低調,屬默默耕耘型。為表支持,寫下第一篇Openrice食記,希望推介給更多對飲食有追求的同好。期待再次去紫竹林嚐嚐其他菜式!
