To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完花市趁早早地搵個地方食野, 費事去路德圍咁多人, 所以就行左去福來村果邊搵野食, 見呢間日式小店好多人, 就入去試下先.想食壽司所以散叫左幾款, 睇餐牌其實都好多款, 而且價錢唔貴.三文魚壽司$6/件, 三文魚好新鮮, 無雪味, 而且唔會硬柴柴.玉子壽司$6/件, 玉子好大片, 一夾起唔會散晒, 食落甜甜地.蟹棒壽司$8/件, 蟹棒爽口新鮮, 面頭蟹糕夠晒味, 但一D都唔腥.蟹子壽司$7/件, 蟹子夠新鮮, 一粒粒咬落卜卜聲, 而且軍艦整得夠實, 唔會一路食一路散開晒.要多樣香芒蟹子沙律$36, 面頭既蟹子超多又新鮮, 而且沙律醬夠多, 撈埋一齊食酸酸甜甜好開胃, 份量十足.呢度既價錢真係好抵, 樣樣份量夠, 屋村小店確係益街坊.
