To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

龍蝦蟹粥，粥底好綿。豉油皇鵝腸，爽口有膏。酥炸什魚，呢個真心正，什魚是是日買到咩魚就咩魚去酥炸。蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦。新鮮 蒸得啱啱好。蒜蓉炒菜心，唔hea 炒，讚。樣樣都係熱辣辣上枱。地方細，幾張枱，爐頭一人負責，睇粥檔兼埋大什工。樓面連廚得3個人，人多要等食，慢工出細貨。連埋藍妹一支埋單唔洗6舊水。真好食。唔等得真係唔好去試。唔係先黎先有得食，排隊係排爐頭唔係掛枱號。。見到隔離枱的餸都好吸引，下次會再去試其他。
