To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工同朋友行馬鞍山新港城中心,見到有一間食潮州菜嘅餐廳,我冇面睇到好似好特別咁樣,見個名好特別,叫做駟馬拖車潮州飯店,即管入去試一試,我哋一行兩人,侍應帶我哋去坐一張四人枱坐低,佢哋好有禮貌咁問我哋飲咩茶,同埋有個飯前小食,我見到呢度有荔枝紅茶,覺得好特別咁我哋就叫咗呢個,打開餐牌,我地叫左一個潮州蠔仔粥,蠔仔烙XO醬海皇炒粉絲,方塊炒芥蘭,我哋兩個叫咗四樣餸,先講講個潮州蠔仔粥,個蠔仔粥有好多蠔仔,豬肉,冬菇,好鮮甜好好味,另外個XO醬海皇炒粉絲都好好味,最好味係個蠔仔烙,侍應一攞上枱已經聞到陣陣香味入邊有好多蠔仔一咬上口,外脆內軟,下次再嚟真係要encore
