每次行經「十二味貴陽牛肉粉」,總係有好多人排隊而令我卻步。今晚早收工,行經見到門外只有大約4-5個人排隊,一於跟同事試試。店內主打牛肉粉,主要是分清炖、紅燒及紅油3種口味,另有8款配料供選擇。還有一款叫做「全家福牛肉粉(清炖)」,即類似雜錦,什麼配料都有。先點了一客開胃前菜-涼拌木耳。木耳爽脆,醬汁酸酸辣辣,好食!我額外添加牛筋、牛肚、鹵蛋及豆乾。滿滿的一碗,份量十分大。先喝一口湯,帶有香濃的牛肉味,還有陣陣花椒、八角等香味,不過略油。而米線嫩滑,帶點韌度。牛肉粒肉質稔身而不嚡口。而牛腱及牛肚味道還不錯。豆乾索了湯的精華,一點也不「乾」,很入味。鹵蛋相對其他配料,未算很入味。
