甜品係火焰雪山蛋糕,上枱後會淋酒落去蛋糕,然後火燒製造火焰,打卡效果一流。因為淋咗酒嘅關係,外層嘅蛋白霜充滿酒香。加埋內層嘅菠蘿醬同椰子雪糕,就好似飲咗一杯Pina colada咁🍸
