To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為慶祝生日，由於家在將軍決澳、６歲以下小童免費、生日有歲數優惠折扣、匯豐卡有85折，所以近近地便試一試！種類不是太多，服務亦不貼心。沒有排長龍的情況，但壽司比較小家，每款只放幾件出來，客人拿清才在後場再加幾件（絕對不是因為要新鮮做的原故）。介紹食物牌不清晰，但當我直接詢問師傅，他們會好不耐煩的答覆，有幾次都是指指介紹牌而已，沒有heart，好似等收工似的。送的龍蝦算不錯，但每人只有半隻。雪糕類供應足夠，甜品一般。
