著名私房菜由觀塘搬到大角嘴一段時間今日同老公一於試下首先午餐送老火湯,今日係老黃瓜南北杏煲豬尾骨湯,未飲之前以為普通野啫,點知....先飲一口,嘩....好濃味,完全飲得出煲咗好耐,口𥚃面就好似有幾隻豬係到游走,而且係無味精,簡直去濕一流!$55。叉燒炒滑蛋飯 寶哥擔心蛋太生會對陪份人腸胃唔好,已經炒熟d,但蛋仍然非常滑,叉燒粒又夠林。寶哥重點提示佢係用天然糖再加秘方去調配叉燒,天然糖唧係咩糖?其中一種係甜菊糖,豉油都係由寶哥自己調較,出面其他店絶對食唔到!廚師寶哥私人醒咗兩舊暗然銷魂飯嘅叉燒俾我食,今次唔係叉燒粒啦,係2大舊叉燒呀,可以再試真d啦,叉燒有種好特別嘅甜味,類似生果甜味但又帶點花香味,而且肥瘦均勻,好夠林,好味呀!$58 。果醋果肉豬扒飯首先佢個汁好開胃,又唔太酸喎,食一口飯,嘩...好味喎!再食一啖豬扒,好鬆軟喎,個種鬆軟係完全無肉鬆粉或梳打粉拿過個種鬆軟,既係咩?天然鬆軟囉,食得出廚師嘅心機呀!重點係食完成餐飯一d都唔口乾,好明顯係無咩甚至係無落味精,可以感受得到廚師對食物嘅熱誠同執着,非常難能可貴
