To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日呢間餐廳都唔錯，除咗環境（我地係坐窗邊位，望到海景），最抵讚既係經理（我估），佢超級有禮貌，服務又好，因為叫左set，但入面有個餸我係敏感唔食得，佢都即刻提議轉另一個比我，非常細心。我哋試咗每位$888個個set，價錢算係抵食，不過整體黎講唔算太出色。最鍾意係呢個頭盤沙律，值得一試。另外仲試咗佢嘅金菇豚肉卷，豚肉好硬，完全唔使試。呢個本身係個set冇嘅，佢轉左呢個雞粒蛋白炒飯俾我，一般正常嘢，冇咩特別。甜品可以話係完全唔出色，可以改進下。
