太平館始於1860年創辦廣州平沙,創出以醬油配合西式烹調手法做菜,打響的名堂,吸引不少名人為座上客。今天路過太平館,咁有歷史嘅餐廳一定要去試下。呢度出名瑞士汁,午市套餐有瑞士汁的選擇多,我和朋友們點了瑞士汁干炒牛河、濕炒牛河、焗豬扒飯,燒豬脾飯。最特別係豬髀飯,係切左片的豬髀有瑞士汁浸著的,肉質鮮嫩多汁,成碟白飯撈汁都食哂。味道不過不失,隔離枱有人食人氣梳乎厘,非常吸引。可惜今日趕時間開工,否則一定會食埋甜品先走。
