Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行過，記得朋友同我講過呢間嘅麵包出色，尤其是係貝果系列。一入到去，香濃嘅麵包味傳出來，原來啱啱係新鮮麵包出爐，我對呢種味道係完全沒有抵抗能力，咁就唯有放低幾兩。最後買咗一個蒜香墨汁貝果，一個原味貝果，仲買咗一個大嘅合桃農夫包。個蒜香墨汁貝果幾特別，算係一啲幾新派嘅味道，不過個人比較傳統，都係喜歡原味，然後自己塗上 cream cheese. 兩個貝果食落去都算幾煙韌，幾好咬口。蒜香貝果蒜蓉味都幾重，適合一啲喜歡重口味嘅人。 合桃農夫包切落去都見到好多合桃好多餡料，不過食入口比較硬身，相對之下，個人覺得背果比較出色。
