To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一道菜系🌟堤魚沙律,但乜特別🌟海膽蒜蓉多士海膽甜無苦味,多士烘得好脆,但二者一齊食海膽味比蒜蓉味蓋過,有少少浪費左。🌟生蠔二款蠔各叫左6隻,二隻味道相差不大,入口比較重咸味,肉質爽,後面就會食到甜味,但個人比較中意creamy又爽既蠔所以有少少失望後來到既菜式系焗田螺同龍蝦湯(唔記得左影相)🌟焗田螺:體型比較細,但夠淋,都焗得好香🌟龍蝦湯:飲第一啖已經好失望,個湯顏色同擺盤都靚,個湯打得唔夠滑,飲落口好多好碎既殻,價錢關係我都唔要求有幾濃味🌟紅蝦墨魚汁天使麵個麵底口感唔錯,隻蝦大隻,按一下蝦頭好多膏,蝦肉彈牙,整體良好,唯一可改善就系整體蝦膏味可以再提升🌟黑毛豬豬煮得岩岩好,多肉汁,肉軟淋,配紫薯泥好好味,但如果唔吃生的朋友要留意番叫佢地煮熟d餐廳水準相比起市面大部分西餐廳算系有水準,但價錢唔算系抵食,二人食左$1900,呢個價錢其實有更多選擇

🌟龍蝦湯:飲第一啖已經好失望,個湯顏色同擺盤都靚,個湯打得唔夠滑,飲落口好多好碎既殻,價錢關係我都唔要求有幾濃味

個麵底口感唔錯,隻蝦大隻,按一下蝦頭好多膏,蝦肉彈牙,整體良好,唯一可改善就系整體蝦膏味可以再提升
