喺香港好難喺一般食店食到獅頭鵝.獅頭鵝一般都是大隻.經常在潮州滷水店會遇見.獅頭鵝銷售價會比較昂貴及重量計算.平民食多是滷水鴨居多.鵝肉比鴨肉厚身厚肉.鴨肉比較薄身.當然鵝肉好食過鴨肉.最近聽聞大埔開咗間滷水鵝專門店.味道都唔錯.今日決定由遠方到來一試.為咗被開午市人潮.立意在下午二時前才到達.在門外排隊時.見有好多人外賣取走.喺櫥窗睇到掛喺度同方間啲獅頭鵝比較細隻.在門口等咗10分鐘左右便可入座.入座用劃餐牌點餐.劃上選餐主食.再選擇手工雞湯麵或鵝油撈麵.最後選擇小食.小食有醃青瓜/醃蘿蔔/家鄉甜酸菜/魚仔花生任選一項。點餐如下:1. 招牌滷水獅頭鵝.鮮鵝油撈麵.魚仔花生.X1 $63元2. 滷水豬手.手工雞湯麵.家鄉甜酸菜.
