同要肥仔慶祝生日,食餐好D先!!一於又要浪漫,又要安靜又高質既餐廳。餐廳主題係The dream ,希望食客係用膳期間有夢、開心的感覺,所以餐枱上的擺設,menu、氣氛都好有這個主題的味道!我地就叫左六個dishes的餐,其中兩個係surprise dishes,係黎到先知係咩,都乎合翻個主題the dream!第一道菜有蘇格蘭聖子伴Cream brûlée(surprise fish),聖子鮮甜到不用任何調味,輕輕煎一煎已經好香,Cream brûlée好特別,有味噌口味,面頭仲有馬糞海膽,入口即溶!!第二道是法國鵝肝伴粟子溶、雪糕食法國菜點少得法國鵝肝!煎到外脆內軟,可以伴多士食,中間仲有鮮粟子蓉同雪糕中和一下,一點都不油膩。第三道是松露油慢煮龍蝦伴一個由豆腐、芒果、昆布製成的汁龍蝦好新鮮,肉味好香濃,肉質好鮮嫩,個汁酸酸甜甜,更帶岀龍蝦肉的鮮味!第四道係炙燒吞拿魚臉頰(surprise dish)即場為吞拿魚加上閃亮亮的火炎,好華麗!吞拿魚臉頰的肉質好鮮嫩,咬落仲有啖啖的魚油香,入口即溶,再配埋一個西式同日式sauce,有不同的口味可以食到!主菜分別係鹿兒島和牛同紐西蘭羊架。先講

大廚剛剛煮到三成的程度,入口相當之娕滑,入口即溶,陣陣的牛香係口内擴散,十分推介。

羊架亦到係重點之一,一點都沒有羶的味道,反而係好嫩滑,好有羊的味道,連本身不喜愛吃羊的肥仔都食左成舊!

甜品全部都係脆脆的,例如有自家製的煎堆,重點係個抺茶雪糕,係用左日本抹菜同竹炭而整成,好香濃。

最後就叫左一杯latte同cappuccino ,伴上橙香朱古力慕絲同提子乾曲奇,好滿足咁離開,好似發左一個好夢咁。

兩個人2千蚊左右,生日呀MA!要食豪D既!

店員態度好好,每樣野食都會介紹點整,用咩整,有咩理念咁,
OVERALL個感覺都唔錯,我會推薦一班FRD 黎GATHERING都得。
